Victory Powerline Services employs highly qualified lineman and engineers to provide crew oversight for new construction and maintenance distribution projects. Our inspectors ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the utility standards, in a safe manner and within the scope of the project. Our inspectors will address and resolve project related issues including but not limited to material, design, safety, quality, productivity, project surveying/staking, customer complaints and/or concerns, and environmental impacts. Our inspectors are intimately
familiar with each project and will also review all project related costs to ensure that invoicing is accurate and complete.
